Technical Support for InteDashboard

InteDashboard is a software that facilitates TBL sessions/classes. To understand InteDashboard you need to know how TBL works.

1. Support in English provided directly by InteDashboard 24/7:

Ways to get help:

  • Email: Contact InteDashboard Support.
  • Live Chat: Built into the InteDashboard platform.
  • Zoom Calls: Book a face-to-face support session.
  • Community Forum: Ask questions and share suggestions: https://www.intedashboard.com/community
  • Video Library: Access tutorials and guides.

2. Adding Teacher Accounts

  • KI staff who need access should request an account via this form:
    Choose “Lärarkonto InteDashboard” in the form.

3. Student Access

  • Students are added automatically via Canvas.
  • Do NOT add students manually in InteDashboard.
