Om mig

Tobias Granwald is a PhD student supervised by Marc Guitart-Masip at the Aging Research Center along with Andreas Olsson and Johan Lundberg at the Department of Clinical Neuroscience. His doctoral project aims to develop an experimental paradigm to quantify prior beliefs about the world and subsequently use the paradigm to quantify these beliefs in healthy volunteers and identify the brain regions where these prior beliefs are represented. The project also aims to quantify prior beliefs in depressed patients and to relate them to the expression of depression symptoms and clinical outcomes.

Tobias has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Medical Science with a major in Psychology from Karolinska Institutet. He is also a licenced clinical psychologist who has worked at Karolinska University Hospital both with neuropsychological assessments and cognitive behavioural therapy.
