Om mig
I graduated from the psychology program at Örebro University in 2010, and did my clinical training for accreditation in both a primary and a psychiatric care unit, and received accreditation in 2011.
2014 I started my PhD training in a research project focusing on effects, moderators and mediators in cognitive therapy and behaviour therapy for insomnia. I defended and received my doctoral degree in 2021.
All along my Phd training I have continued to work clinically. In the final year of my PhD training and before transitioning to Centre for Psychiatry Research at Karolinska Institutet, I worked as a lecturer at Örebro University, holding classes on abnormal psychology, CBT, and prevention.
I am currently working as a researcher and lecturer with a main responsibility for the course Basic Training in Evidence-Based Psychotherapeutic Method
