About me

I have a background in public health epidemiology and research experience in the field of survey- and register-based research, cardiovascular and psychiatric epidemiology and insurance medicine. My research interest involves investigating the interrelationship between somatic and mental health and working life and risk factors in cardiovascular diseases using combination of register and survey data. In the MENTE research group, I have currently also been involved in research projects regarding sex differences in health-related factors and sustainable working life, and the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health in vulnerable groups.
