My name is Jeffrey Casely-Hayford and I am a doctoral student at the Unit of Intervention and Implementation Research for Worker Health at the Institute of Environmental Medicine (IMM). I obtained my BSc in Psychology at the University of Bath in 2014. During my undergraduate studies I undertook a research assistantship at the Families, Early Learning and Literacy research group at the Department of Education, University of Oxford. After my BSc, I obtained my MSc in Applied Paediatric Neuropsychology at the Institute of Child Health, University College London.
My doctoral research project aims to increase our knowledge on how teacher turnover within schools can be reduced, in addition to increasing our knowledge on which strategies are needed to keep teachers at their school.
