I have worked for around a decade on making better and better individual nanoscale structures from DNA including DNA bunnies and DNA printers. Now I am interested in moving beyond rational design and study problems that can only be solved by testing large amounts of structure alternatives. To do this we are developing design techniques for combinatorial design of DNA structures that are compatible with selection and high throughput sequencing.
