Om mig
- With a background in development of molecular assays I am currently working
on understanding the dynamic roles of neurodevelopmental transcription
factors. For this purpose I am applying CRISPRi technology /in vivo/ and
single cell RNA sequencing for transcriptomic profiling of the adult mouse
brain.
